Our available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: A faster option that delivers within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available for certain countries, and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

The shipping methods available to you will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. These costs will be clearly shown during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

We periodically offer promotions that may include free or discounted shipping. These offers are subject to specific terms, such as minimum order values or geographical restrictions. Be sure to check for any available promotions before placing your order.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully processed, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. Orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST) will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking number, if applicable. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination. We cannot split a single order into multiple shipments.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. International shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Organicsuri is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or local shipping services.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and other factors such as weather, holidays, and third-party carrier delays. While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

For international shipments, please allow additional time for customs processing.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping provider. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that Organicsuri is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been delivered by the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to update the details before the order is shipped.

9. Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you wish to return or exchange a product, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to improper handling during shipping or delivery. Any such issues should be addressed with the carrier.
