Refund and Returns Policy

- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for opened baby skincare products, food items, or personalized products for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number with your return shipment to ensure we can process your return quickly.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item is not returned in its original condition or if certain components (such as packaging or accessories) are missing.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we will be happy to process a cancellation and refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
